How do I add an attachment to a comment?

In order to add an attachement to a comment, do the following:

1. Click on the "insert / edit link" button   (because you are creating a link to a file)
2. On the pop-up window that appears, click the "Browse Server" button
   
3. Another popup window will appear that allows gives you access to items you have already placed on the server, or lets you upload a new file to the server.  If you need to upload a file, click the "Upload" button.
   
4. Click the browse button that appears to find the file on your computer, then click the upload button.  This moves the file to the server.
   
5. Select the file you want from the list of files you have on the server. When selected, the file will be hilighted yellow.
   
   Then click "Use the selected file"
6. This will return you to the link window with the link information in place.
   
7. Pull down the Protocol dropdown and select "Other" then click the OK button.  A link to the file will now appear within your comment.  You can edit the link to say what you want it to.
