My name is Fabienne and I was born and bread in the tourism and travel industry. I spent my teenage years in a well known Swiss ski resort working in hospitality, travel and real estate. In 2005 I made the big move to Australia where I worked in a the Gold Coast destination maketing organisation for 2 years.
After helping small inn keepers and tour operators with growing and marketing their businesses I decided to take the big leap and go on my own... I setup UntangleMyWeb.com which sole purpose was to deliver training on web marketing to Australian and Asia Pacific operators!
My work took me from the Australian bush to Samoa and I have visited almost every small and remote tourism destination in Australia!
UntangleMyWeb.com is now 5 years old, I don't travel as much around the country as I now have 2 little beautiful girls but I spend most of my weekends waterskiing and staying at beautiful campgrounds by the water. My business partner and I have trained 7 staff in continuing what I have started and providing education and training as well as web marketing tools to the travel industry.
I have found this forum browsing the internet and wish there was such a thing in Australia! I hope that my contributions will be appreciated by all.
