Puree pumpkin when I cook them

Chop carrots for muffins

Chop appricots, nut, prunes for muffins

All the above with my Os ter. I also use the tall glass unit for a few muffin recipes that start with a lemon chopped fine and then add the buttermilk to it and run it again before adding to the dry ingredients. It will be a sad day when it gives up the ghost. I have had this particular appliance for at least 25 or 30 years. Used it in Illinois for making the tomatoes I canned into sauces and soups. The one below is only about 12 years old.

For small stuff like REALLY minced onions I have another small Bl ac k & De ck er Han di Ch opp er.
