I saw this on friday and it appears as if it has gone almost viral, today. She does it in an ring of onion and she does it with red pepper as well. It's an interesting idea. She also did an egg in an avocado earlier. Heck, I bet you could simply cook a soufle or a fritata inside of a pepper or onion in this way and have less cleanup, the pans are edible.
