B&B owner must choose between dog rescue, business

Seguin Gazette-Enterprise

Perhaps some aspiring innkeepers might take note. I know it looks like B&B rake in the dough, but the overhead can be hefty, if you add into that a farm stay or other "liabilities" you get to pay even more. It is a racket, we all know this. Insurance companies are crooks!

It is rather ironic you mentioned that, I was just reviewing insurance quotes and liability issues and removed some simple aspects of the farm stay plan and it changed the insurance costs by about 30-40%.  NTM operational costs vs potential income.  Win-Win.
