 Service and attention to detail, yes that is what we all have in common. Smiling  I really like the show, it is not full of insults and rudeness like some of the others for shock value.

Woooo Hooo! Just watched episode 1 and I loved it. Attention to detail is so important, as is occasionally taking time to look at your place the way a guest sees it. Noticing rusty metal, dead plants, and all the other stuff that goes into making the first impression on a person who has never been to your place before.

And his repeated emphasis that the facility and service must match the prices you charge. So on target.

While this hotel show only slightly applies to a small B&B, the lessons apply just fine to any business.

By the way, I saw it on FOODHD, not TravelHD.
