I just got an email from Google saying I have to update my 'legacy blogger' account or lose the ability to make changes. What the heck is that?

I found this - might help:

Seems that anyone who had a blog through Blogger pre-2007 and has not logged into it since (maybe) will lose it soon if they don't follow these steps to migrate it over.  They call it "Legacy" because they are older blogs.

If you have a Google blogger account that you have not logged into since 2007, you need to follow the links to update your password.  If you use the Blogger account you are already updated as long as it allows you to log on.

When I finally found the page (I will not click links in random emails) I saw what you're saying. If it hasn't been used since 2007. My account hasn't been used since yesterday, I think I'm ok!
