for a guest who requested no gluten.  She says its a keeper.  DH likes it too.  I thought a bit on the sweet side (I served it with red beans and rice), but DH says just right.  Thanks for posting!

 You are most welcome.  It is one of my go-to favorites for the gluten free guests.  I have also added green chili peppers to the mix when I do my Mexican egg-bake dish.  It only calls for 1/4 cup sugar but I suppose you could cut back on that and turn it into something more savory.
