Christmas may come now. We have reasonable calm in the house again. My Library almost looks like a regular room again. The tree is up and any shopping that is going to be done IS. I went shopping today for a Steelers magnet that my son was supposed to get while he was here (did not get it due to other pressing issues) and failed to find one (curses!). I did find a Christmas present for DH to give me. We had snow today and with his medical crap we just went through, he was not going shopping so I helped him out. The only thing left is some supplies for Christmas dinner.

We are waiting to see what the snow does out Garrett County and then Morgantown way. If roads cleared Sunday, we'll be on the road.

The City was clearing the streets all day so I expect the roads to be OK. Sunday is supposed to be sunny here. My iPhone says Newell will be sunny with a high of 36 Sunday, cloudy Monday and 39. Tuesday is sunny again.

Sunday night will be special for me. My B&B is also my childhood home. The two kids who grew up in the house across the street are coming with spouses and one of their children to visit their dad, Oskar, who at age 94 is still going strong in a retirement community. They'll stay as guests, and I'll see if Oskar wants to come for breakfast. Then Christmas Eve I'll have the same family that comes to visit Granny every year. I put together a casserole that they take with them to eat at Granny's on Christmas morning.
