I posted it on that NPR article in the comments, if they moderate it and allow, since it is a link.

I was fired up enough to post a reply also - I am K Paner. I am looking forward to seeing how much junk mail I now get as K Paner.

For the most part, the comments said it all. Ripped it up pretty badly. Dragging the poor doily into it right from the start - as if a doily harmed anyone. PAII just will not let go and accept that the doily is NOT the problem.

Will they ever learn that what they need to feature is the small B &Bs all over the country that do NOT charge over $300 per night, that are cozy, comfortable and affordable. Places that do not have a huge buffet as a breakfast a la hotels or a cocktail in everyone's hand. They need to feature huge comfy front porches a la JB, and coastlines, and rail-trails. Places in cities with interesting things to see and do while you lodge in comfort. I know, WE do not have the big bucks to throw at them to pay for the video but articles do not cost and plenty of us little guys threw in $100 a year or more even if it DID make us very tight financially to do it. THAT is what I resent about the PAII campaigns. And I have yet to see any of their videos unles PAII sent the link to it. Where are they doing this Better Way to Stay campaign anyway?
