I am not selling them or allowing them anymore, a lady came all the here to see the place and buy one night stay for her very very dear friends. So I did it, I sold them, in person it was just not feasible not to.
Well that was them, who just rang, to change the date a THIRD TIME.
She is very old, and can barely understand me, so I just give in. It is challenging to just get the change done, let alone say "NO MORE CHANGES!"
 
JB have you thought about having a fee to move dates? This might cut down on this. Just an idea. I might try this this year.

Yes, of course, but as I explained this was an older couple strong strong accents, they could barely hear nor understand me, and there was just no way to do it. GC's often are this way.
