Turn your booking confirmation email into a ‘welcome to the family’ email...Include a fun activity that they might want to make time for during their visit.
I never would have thought about doing it, but it wouldn't be too time consuming to go in ResKey and edit the confirmation email template occasionally to mention events going on here in the next couple of months, things to do in the current season, etc. to make them less generic.
