Hi guys. I have tried to get in touch with John and maybe nothing is wrong. But I have been on auto pay with him and today I clould not login. I had to set it all back up again and the price looks different. I think he has raised his rates. So if you are on auto pay with him and you login and can't get to your stuff this is probably the reason. You will have to set it all back up. This is just my thinking and have not had a response from John yet.

I am on a monthly auto-pay. I had a corrupted credit card and John had to do something to get me going again with the new number.

I'm on autopay and can log in normally today. As best I recall, last time my account came up for its yearly renewal I ran into the same thing you did, and John had to reset something at his end for me to get in normally again.

Ok. Maybe thats what happened. My auto pay was $18.99. Now its $25. For plan B. No big deal. Now that you said that, I think I did sign up at this time last year.
