Overall with your normal menu (not special diets) do you serve yoghurt?

(hijack alert)

What about Marscapone?  I've never had it before, but the restaurant next-door closed down & they gave us an unopened container.  I don't know how to use it.  Would it be served in the same way as yogurt?

You make crepes already, right. Make a filling with Mascarpone to make blintzes. Tiramisu French toast would also work.

I used it often, but the cannoli cream (I think Maddie got me started with that) was a bigger hit.  Something different and a little sweet...

We offer vanilla yogurt to anyone who wants to have it with their granola, but we don't serve it otherwise.

I make a frozen yogurt in the summer, also.

It is served on the side when baked oatmeal or bread pudding is the entree of the morning. Or a dollop on my fruit banana splits.

I schmear it on crepes & add fruit or atop baked oatmeal.  Not very often, though.  Crepes is something I usually only serve when I've had people for a week & am running out of new things to serve them indecision

Since I started making the breakfast banana splits, I use it all the time.  I just joined a coop which has a wonderful local supplier of natural vanilla yogurt.

So, I went to your original post, which took me to the blog you got the idea from, which then took me to a third blog which gave me a pretty good chuckle.  So, here ya go - twisted banana humor

I jazz it up and call it a parfait. Since I serve my homemade granola, it pairs nicely with with some type of yogurt.
