Wasn't sure where to put this. I know several of you have put together cookbooks, and I checked out the resources, but could not find them. How about listing somewhere how to obtain copies of your cookbooks? Or am I missing them? Thanks.

Yes, all these great innkeeper cookbooks should be listed here. But are innkeepers willing to share their best recipes with other innkeepers???

All of our recipes are on our blog and on our website. Guests are stunned that I 'give them away'. Why not, they never taste the same when you make them at home.

Funny you say this, because I had a guest come back after trying my muffin recipe at home and said it wasn't as good. I believe this is the one reason I don't mind giving away recipes (the only one I ever get asked for is the muffins). It really doesn't taste the same, but it's great marketing when they pull out a recipe with our name on it and maybe pass it on to someone else too.

I just handed out a half dozen of mine at a conference during a workshop on special diets. I always go to the food workshops at conferences and come away with new recipes to try. Most innkeepers are pretty generous with their time (no one gets paid or any special favors for doing the workshops) and recipes.
