I made it again, this time with photos!

Guests are enjoying it right now out in the warm sun sitting on rockers on the porch, and taking in the day. (Yes that hand in the last photo is DH's, first served best dressed haha)

Beautiful photo!  (However, a cautionary note to all: daffodils are a toxic plant, use with care...most poisoning is from consumption of leaves, green parts or bulbs).

OMG!!! are those homer laughlin plates? i think american rose with platinum rather than the decal?.. Those are/ were my mom's china. i think it is all there still, however, we always used the dessert and soup plates and the are worn out. was always looking to replace them for her. 

sure brought back memories!

Yes Homer Laughlin Virginia Rose, platinum. I never knew using them in the photos would touch someone, and I am glad they touched you and brought memories to you today.

Where did you find them?  If you ever come across any more, I would love to buy some for my sister so she can use my mom's set again.

I was trying to remember, probably at auction. It is the dessert plates with large platter.  I will keep my eyes out for them. I am not allowed to go to auctions anymore, I have been forbidden! haha
