Funky Fresh Frozen Fruit Water

I was at the store yesterday and saw the popsicle molds and I wondered how guests would feel if I served a paleta for breakfast. (Mexican fresh fruit juice popsicles with fruit inside).

A comment on that blog said:
If you take filtered water, boil it, let it cool down and boil again. Once it is cool pour into ice trays with fruit and the ice cube will be clear! No cloudiness at all!
I didn't know that, but it's a neat tip!

Ohhh, I'm thinking it would be really nice to freeze some berries into ice cubes and then add them to glasses of ice water, lemonade or tea. Easy way to add color, flavor and a little uniqueness to common beverages!
