Thanks for all the comments! I'll get to work on them and will probably launch next week!
OK, getting ready to launch the new website. Have a look and please let me know anything glaringly off. In your comments please mention what device you are using and OS as well.
Some caveats- yeah, the room pix are not good. They will be redone next week. Some pages are password protected because they are not done yet. I'm working on them right now.
Thanks in advance for your time. I really appreciate it. (Yes, using a nom de plume here so I can go back to being crabby under my other name.)
Thanks to everyone who already gave me excellent advice for 'behind the scenes' issues.

Can you make sure whatever room photos you use that you keep them all the same dimensions. It looks strange going from one size to another on each of the room pages.
I like the Parlor Room size photo be my choice
When you click make a reservation, you are taken to another page where you have to click another reservation button to view superinn page. too many clicks. Needs to go there first thing.
Otherwise, you have done a terrific job. I know it has been trying for you. But live and learn :)</p>

It's looking wonderful! You have done a great job!! Now, for the picky stuff...
I agree with EmptyNest that there are too many clicks to get to your reservation page.
On the packages page I see a photo that says 'inn to inn', but I don't see a link or descriptions to an inn to inn package
On the rooms drop down menu, can you add at the top, 'all rooms' that will take you to your rooms page? I only suggest this because my website originally had it the way yours does, and I got feedback that the guests never click on the 'Rooms' on the toolbar, they only click on the dropdown. The same goes to the Breakfast page...add about breakfast' in addition to 'breakfast recipes' on the dropdown.
The TA logo at the bottom of the pages doesn't have your inn's name, it's just empty.,
Ok, this is really, really minor, but when I clicked on the actual recipe, the font short of startled me. The site is so beautiful and the fonts well thought out, that when I clicked and got a stark white page with the type, it sort of took me away from the warm feeling of the site.

The Rooms menu...you can click on either the ROOMS as a link where is shows all the rooms, or use the drop down. That way people can choose other. Made sense to me but may be worth a try. Just repeat the page with a different title.
I think the recipe thing is because she wanted to have a plain text for print purposes not a web page to print. It made sense to me. The TA logo...I think that has to do with the LINK color and why it is not seen. If you click on it and then go back you will see it as a visited link. Maybe she will have to custom code that style for the widget.
On the Packages, if you click that image, it takes you to that package. The name of the package is not inn to inn it is different. Maybe that needs to be clarified a bit

You did a great Job! Love the soft tones of the site. I would also make the Reservation Button easy to find.
InnRewards would look nice on your site as well! :)

Totally agree about the Rooms and Breakfast pages. I will see what I can do. Yes, you are right, no one will click on anything but the drop down.
The TA logo looks ok to me, what are you using to view? Browser?
Yeah, the recipes were done like that to make them easily printable. But I understand what you mean.

Nice! How did you get that Lonely Planet badge at the bottom?

I think EmptyNest found the problem, the text (link) might be white and then changes color when you click on it it changes to a different color that is then seen. I haven't clicked on anything on that badge, so I'm not seen the link (name of the inn). I'm using FF
For the text on the recipes, can you just change the text to a different font? Right now it makes me think of an old typewriter did it.

Yes. All the room photos will be the same size once I load the new ones.
I get the part about the reservations being 2 steps. I didn't want to have go and find all of the links when/if I change booking software. I am hoping the calendar on each room page helps with that.

I don't know about changing the font in the recipes. When I originally did them years ago that was the only font I could use. I'll add that to the list!

I am going back thru and adding links to all the photos in the slideshow. I can change the name of that package on the photo so it is in line with what the package is called in the drop down.
We called it an 'Inn to Inn' originally but I changed it for SEO purposes.

This is odd because I see the inn name with FF until I mouse over it. Then it turns yellow and it's hard to see. I can fix that.

A question about duplicate pages. If I add another page with all the same info I'm going to end up with problems down the road from Google, right? What's the workaround? Should I just make the 'Rooms' page itself blank and unclickable and add an 'All Rooms' page in the drop down?

You can check how they did it on my website. The 'accommodations' on the bar is not clickable, but it does the drop down menu. The first item on the dropdown says "view all rooms"

Thanks Bob! Will be adding that InnRewards in a bit.
