Talk about tea parties - sandwich cake

This is the neatest thing I have seen in a long time. Sandwich Cake.
You can make any variation you want, regional, etc.

Beautiful presentation! Who knew? My mom used to make a similar (not so pretty) version using a large loaf pan, slicing off the crusts, then making layers. Round is prettier!

It looks really cool. But I don't like anything in it. Sorry:-( Picky eater here.

This is a sample. You can make it whatever you want, even a sweet tea cake of sorts (Okay that read SWEET TEA, haha). I sent it to my parents as they always smoke fish, so I thought this would be a neat idea. She does the smoked fish and cream cheese with capers on crackers, so this may cause a scene for her.

That is similar to what I do for my to-go breakfasts - but a lot more stuff on it and a heck of a lot prettier! Gives ideas for garnish.
