Here's an article is Small Rural Biz about QR codes. Since I've been working on the blog posts for things to do in my area, my thought was to print all those articles and place them in the guest books and have a QR code on each page that would take them to the blog article so they can have that at their fingertips while exploring our area.
This article says one of the mistakes of using QR codes is having it take you to a page that is not a mobile page. Blogger as far as I know is not mobile, so is it a bad idea to have the QR codes on the pages in the guest book? I supposed some of the guests will be using a pad rather than phone, but I'm wondering if it will be too frustrating for the guests.
What say y'all?

I just pulled up my own blogger blog on my Droid and it looked fine. It formatted the pages to fit the screen, it didn't look like the website landing page you'd see on the desktop computer. I could scroll down from one entry to the next.
I say give it a try. Do you have a QR scanner on your phone that you can test it with?

In blogger under template you can view your page as full screen or mobile device.

Thanks everybody. I'm a bit hampered in my location. I have a smartphone, but I live in an area with no cell service, so unless I get out of here, I can't check it on the phone. I haven't left the house for a number of days! I'll check the blogger setting for mobile.
That article has a number of cool ideas.
Update: blogger looks good!
