B&B / Restaurant

I was interested in converting a property in NC into a B&B/Restaurant. Is it possible to do that? Would that change the classification?

You need to read all of our other posts here answering similar questions. DO A SEARCH in upper right hand corner.
Anything is possible....If you have deep pockets...you need to check with NC zoning and regulations in the town you intend to do such a thing. It all depends on what you want.

Under 'Innkeeping Forums' (above) click the link for 'Aspiring' and there will be a lot of very recent (maybe 2-3 weeks back) threads on conversions.

Yep..so did we...way back when...guess what?? Didn't happen!

Copperhead we have a term around here called "Half backs" which most on this forum probably have not heard of before. This is why the NC/VA comments are so frequent.
