Hotel Websites Are Shifting to a Visual-First Experience

I know that my pics are not the best, after all, I took them. But I have a good amount of them on my website and I post pictures regularly on my facebook page and on the blog. Although, those pics are mostly of the area and things of interest. Anyway, I get loads of compliments and I feel the more you can show, the more people can't say they didn't know that there wasn't this or that in the cottage, etc. I always ask myself, what have you got to hide if you don't show your rooms/the establisment as a whole?
Anyway, there are way too many Inn's, Motels, Hotels that don't have good visuals

Not sure how many of you know this guy but there is an itinerant B&B photog who travels the country doing B&B photos. Neat guy. He dropped in last week. We passed the time and he gave me some more tips on how to photo rooms. Will test those out next week.

I wonder if it's the same one that showed up here last year. Pops up out of the blue, older guy, has some pictures in a binder. Seems like a nice enough fellow, but pretty odd he just rings the doorbell and wants to take pictures.
