Weather! Bob and Sunshine?

As our hearts go out to those in Moore, Oklahoma, send some wishes to Bonb and his family. Aftermath got them with trees down an building damage. Sunshine has not checked in. How are you doing Sunshine?

I think Proud Texan has also had some heavy weather in his area.
We've just had rain and a few lightening bolts in my part of Arkansas. Legend in my town holds that the Indians selected this town site long before white men came, because the hills protect us from tornados, and so far we've never been hit, though they strike all around us every year. Fingers crossed!

Yes, we thought the hills protected us also but in June 1944 my City was devastated by what was named the Shinnston Tornado. By the time it finished, 367 had died. Wiped out a whole section of town and went on to hit a few more counties. A lady was standing on her porch holding her baby when it hit - when it was over, she was standing on the porch, the only thing left of her house - but alone.
I hope all escaped with little or no damage.

Sorry, I haven't been on the forum for a bit. Been really busy. Thank you for asking. I am fine. Tornado missed us. Lots of stormy weather, but no damage here. <3

We have had a BIG mess to clean up. We are luckier than some. It's peanuts comparatively speaking. Never less we we had a lot of trees down and debris. Screen porches gone and some broken outside furniture. We have a wedding today and have been crazy busy trying to get it cleaned up! Glad everyone is ok!
