Bad Weather

Here we go Hurricane Season...
They called and made a rez, I hate taking them over the phone, they feel they can cancel because they spoke to you and they don't manually tick the box on the online form. THIS is probably why so many of you end up with so many phone reservations vs online!
Will we get a ton of rain HERE? Maybe. Will every room cancel? I sure hope not!

The confirmation still has the same policy they didn't tick.

Yes it does. You know that whole "personal" side of this business. I just looked and two rooms are not too far from here, on anniv this weekend, so THEY SHOULD BE ABLE OT MAKE IT, and they can stay in their room and snuggle or sit on the porch. Whatever age they are...haha
