Well guys I did it. I slept in a guest room while three other rooms were occupied. I have never done it. I know I know, what the!
A few of the things I learned:

- The sheets really are nice, soft and comfortable, and the fleece blanket just right for this time of year. (I just folded the quilt over the end of the bed)
- The room is spacious and ideal. Really a great room. (our largest room with outside stairway).
- The bed really is high, and requires a step up.
- The light on the road behind does shine in the room if the blinds are not closed, but if the bathroom blind is open it illuminates it enough to not have to turn on another light to see.
- The room is amazingly quiet. Incredibly quiet.
- The TV works great, but I may need to add a channel lineup again (they changed it all and I haven't redone it yet)
- The WIFI is weaker in this corner of the house (we moved it so the cottage had a better signal). It works fine for most things, however, with 2 to 3 bars of signal.
- The new shower head that is a simple Kohler rain shower is great! Better than the stronger one I have in my own shower downstairs.
- The sunrise on this side of the house rocks.
- I can hear the kitchen noises, but not overly so.
- The shampoo is not my favorite.
- The lack of clutter in this room relaxes and soothes me.
- The towel rack is too small (therefore the hanger on the back of the door, so that works).
- The toilet is one you have to hold down the handle for a while to get it all to flush (this irritates the heck out of me). It is also NOT an elongated bowl. (Another pet peeve of mine).
- The room is romantic. Pleasant. Comfortable. and if someone delivered coffee and breakfast to my door I would hoot and holler, it would be so awesome!
- Lastly, we hear the guests in two rooms above, have done for 10 years, in this room we don't hear the guests, what an amazing thing! I always hear the guests above us, always. Sooooo nice for a change.
