Found this article about customer service books, and it got me wondering: when you have time to sit down and read, are you more likely to read for business or pleasure? Do you try to do both? I keep business-related stuff all around me during the day so I can grab-and-read a paragraph or two when I get the chance throughout the day. I have several books going at once. In my personal space, there are no business books.

Sadly, I have no time to read. I do have a dog training book in my bathroom that I get to read a few paragraphs at at time.

Pleasure. Everything else I do is biz-based. Off to my book club tonight!

Just read http://www.amazon.co.uk/Island-Wife-Living-Edge-ebook/dp/B00AJP27B6/ref=sr_1_1?ie=UTF8&qid=1375902197&sr=8-1&keywords=island+wife
About a couple running a B&B, farm, whale watching, recording studio and holiday cottages - so sort of business as well as pleasure - usually have more than one on the go at once

I make time to read for pleasure every day, but it's usually just 10 minutes. I've been reading Team of Rivals for MONTHS now! Long book, short time/day to read it.
I read a lot longer each day for business purposes.
Time sent reading this forum is both business and pleasure!

That book has been on my list for a long, long time. It's on my business list, though, for insights into management style. :)

My reading time is when I have to go with DH to a doc appt and sit in waiting room or when I go to bed I will read for a while. Mostly for pleasure - even the business titles I get are reading because I want to. Other stuff is articles etc on the computer - that is business.
