I use ResNexus and am 97% happy with the service. Any comments on other services and rating on a maybe 1-10 basis? Hope this question is in the right area

I use ReservationKey and am 97% happy with the service. I'll give another point for the excellent price, so it rounds to a rating of 10 in my book!

ReservationKey is almost an innkeeper owned online reservation system. It has been built from the innkeepers up so to speak, according to our requests. It is affordable, and I highly recommend it. Much more affordable than nexxus.
Webervations would go down on a weekend and we had no response from them, in the least, sorry they said the Monday, we don't work weekends. and other issues...ugliness of the interface being a huge factor.

Nexus here too. Over 3 years, because they have stood by their ROI guarantee. The new interface is an improvement. My only complaint is no way to retrieve the 3 digit code from the back of CCs, which I need in order to use Sq ua re, and that's the biggie, which will likely lead us to part ways down the road. In every other respect, top notch.

I am in the ReservationKey corner. Perfect for my needs. Even has a waiting list form if people want to fill it out in hope of a last minute cancel - or in the case of 2 of mine, the rooms were blocked due to same day or me going out of town, and we were able to accommodate them. those 2 instances resulted in 3 room nights of revenue, more than enough to pay for the year!
