Since a lot of us here use ResKey, I'll make just an observation based on the ResKey System Messages, the little update notifications we get at the top of the screen when we log in.

In the past there were several enhancements or fixes every month, but I've noticed the following trend in number of messages per month:

March 15
April 4
May 4
June 0
July 0
August, so far 0

Just another hint, in addition to e-mails unanswered, or suggestions brushed off, that ResKey is growing to the point that it's beyond John's capacity to manage without adding more help. Let's hope he's about to add that help and keep it as great as it has been, and more!

Yes, got one thing in this month, and I guess a major thing for ResKey, though not of much difference to us. I have had NO problems lately. When I want to log in, it's always there.

Glad to hear that business is strong and there's enough money coming in. I'd really hate to see it otherwise. Love ResKey, plus know how to use it. Would hate to start over with somebody new.

Well scratch the 0 for August with the announcement of the server host change.  That is a very big undertaking for them and I am sure they have been working hard since the problems started. 

I thought I remembered John hiring some additional help earlier this year?  Could be wrong & would not be the first.

Hmmmm, I have never not had an answer, almost immediately, to any of inquiries.

I also, have never had a problem with a response - generally within the hour. I think he does an amazing job, and changes and/or delays are sometimes inevitable.  It is 1000 times better than where I came from - no comparison really.
