Finally a day off

Not a complete day off, but close enough. Still had to do breakfast this morning for a few rooms, but blocked today so we have NO check ins! Whoop whoop... Last date we had no one at the here was May 30th. Way too long ago! Now it's the waiting game for the guests from last night to leave. Tick tick tick.. C'mon 11AM... Had to share my excitement with you guys since I know you UNDERSTAND what I'm talking about.

Happy Tuesday indeed. With you all the way. We have............ wait for it.............. Monday and Tuesday off next week. Yay!! First proper break since June.
However, first I have to get through this week. DH flying down south tomorrow for 3 nights to see his sister who's not well. I have 4 tomorrow night, 2 Thu but a full house for breakfast on saturday. That's going to be hard on my own.

Can completely relate! Having no check ins makes all the difference in the world. I've had two (split) days without people since the end of May, and tomorrow is another. CAN. NOT. WAIT! Enjoy your day

Right now. Sitting in a hotel 300 miles from home. Going to visit my brother & family. Spent the morning with my parents. Took mom out for birthday dinner last night.
So. So. Relaxed.

One breakfast at a time and you'll get through it. Having the two day off carrot hanging in front of your nose will help you. Sending good vibes your way so your guests are happy ones this weekend. Enjoy Monday and Tuesday off it's well deserved.
