RezOvation Web Problems

Hello RezOvation Web Innkeepers. Is anyone having problems with "out of service" and "blackout" editing? I have had a"HUGE" issue with this since Monday and Rez support cannot seem to fix the problem. This is a nightmare! Any input or suggestions would be appreciated. My online availability calendar is inaccurate and I will have to take it offline if they do not fix the problem soon.

I feel your pain. I used RezO for years and gave it up almost 3 years ago. Best thing I ever did. Customer support stinks and is not there when you need it.
Once you get over this crisis, you might want to give them the boot.
