As always, sorry to our o/s innkeepers who don't have the typical "canned pumpkin" but you can easily make this with mashed pumpkin. I am thinking this would be a great COFFEE CAKE recipe!

Thanks for that, I'm growing a couple of pumpkins on my allotment this year, only this afternoon we were talking about what to do with them.

Was thinking of making pumpkin pie for Thanksgiving weekend breakfast. This looks even better.
