This is from Trip Info

When I click the link I get the below, but I discovered that there's a blank space at the end of the link. When I delete that, it works.
Not Found
The requested URL /ITM/Articles2014/ITM6070.html was not found on this server.
Additionally, a 404 Not Found error was encountered while trying to use an ErrorDocument to handle the request.

I said, "right on" to most of these suggestions, but I didn't know what they meant by "hero images" and "animated GIF flags and flames".

Hero images are the BIG image at the start. For example, Apple's famous for these big photo when you go to their website. Something like this.
And the animated GIFs are SO SO SO old.

I figured that's what it meant but was confused that it said, "...animated GIF flags look cool...it turns out they add value." I thought I must be missing something because I couldn't imagine ANY compliments for animated GIFs. I didn't even like them in 1995. They really cheapen a website.

My very first internal corporate website that I built as the help desk person in order to stem the tide of service calls (Here's a website with all the info, have a look!) had dancing bears, a dog that ran back & forth and a firetruck with lights flashing. I really drank the kool aid on that website!
Should have taken the hint back then that no one wanted to read the solution to their problem, they wanted me to walk 2 miles to their office to fix it for them. While they did something 'important'. (I always walked the 2 miles for: my mgr, my mgr's mgr and my mgr's mgr's mgr. Everyone else got the link to the website - including DH - if I had already solved the problem and had a step-by-step solution to follow.)

Never been a fan of carousels myself. They have the potential to be a distraction from the fundamental reason someone is on your site.

Our website has an animated GIF in our name on the home page - it only runs once and is so fast you barely notice it. I put it there to gross out my ultra internet savvy (and very critical of his dad) son. He saw it! heh, heh
