I can and did change the rate on the website, and in Reservation key. But when you go in to make a reservation and another window opens up it shows the old price. Is it something easy or do I need to contact A corn?
Thanks guys

Not an easy answer without seeing it all...you should have it set in one place, unless you have a "rate plan" or "rate adjustment"somewhere else superceding it?

Just adjust the rates in each daily rate box when you open the reservation box.

On website it shows the rate ending in 9 (new rate) but when you go to make a reservation, that screen show the old rate ending in 5.

You have to do a rate adjustment in ResKey. If you've already done that, make sure you check the dates closely. I've made the mistake before of entering the start date and changing the rate, but didn't look closely at the end date (make sure the year is accurate).

Having just looked at your site, the problem prices are somewhere in your ResKey system (I think the window that pops up , which has the price ending in 5, is generated by ResKey). As suggested double check your the dates on your rate plans.

Yes the $ is in rezkey.
Somewhere Ice has not set EFFECTIVE NOW or has some other dates regulating it showing up right now. Having been in there today and yesterday trying to do FRACTIONS, oi veigh... I decided to use for sale vs fraction, fraction is good because it takes the room out of inventory...too much to do for it though.
