Hi Yvonne, you are right, we are actually a small urban hotel with a unique concept but in Rome the licence for this type of property is called B&B instead of Hotel. our target market is younger then 40+ but we do have many guests over 60 that enjoy the midcentury vintage interiors.

Hotel video? It may have been made by a hotel, but I didn't see anything about the hotel!

Of course it was about the hotel! Where do you think they were sleeping? Or otherwise hanging out when not gallivanting about town?
Although I am not really in the target demographic, I though it was pretty effective.

I would have liked a bit more about the actual hotel - however it did make me go and look at the web site which lets face it is the name of the game

So the marketing worked! haha
It was to appeal to a younger crowd, that is what I shared in the intro. er I mean, hm put my foot in it, okay, well you know what I mean! A european crowd, howz that. Men who wear near-speedo and lots of cologne...and women who look good in gold jewelry and simple clothing, all of it to appear quite stylish.
I thought it was great! As BWTS says "a little bit edgy..."
 
If I were in my 20s or 30s I would book because I would have loved the attitude. At that age i didn't worry about the accommodations as much!

Not my market but sending it along to my niece and nephew so they can dream on it!
