Interesting. Thanks for sharing. This has come up in big city to the south primarily during major events.
Neighbors complained last year when they saw strangers with suitcases come and go from a home in one certain neighborhood near a major event. It triggered several articles and discussion with the city council, not sure how it was handled, if it was handled. I am sure if it wasn't we will here more about it this spring.
