I hate that they used 'b&b'. Who has a concierge at their property? Show of hands? Anyone? Yeah, thought so.

I saw that too. I would have shouted and told so darned fast. I don't think I need a note to an advice column to know that an employee touching my stuff and rolling on my bed is not standard procedure.
Creepy and gross.

plus that woman caught him - how many other people's bed's had he been in and not been caught?

And no way to ask what B & B has a concierge - no place to comment. And I would not have "talked" to him - I would have been heard all the way to Shin nston from wherever it was!

Waaay creepy. Somehow not too believable. Right, who has a concierge, and who would write into to a column for advice in the situation. Now the CAT I believe....just try to tell one to NOT go somewhere :)

come on! i'd complain to the owner ... that is too weird and creepy and doesn't sound real. at least the headline says 'hotel'.
