Trying to create a triptych in Gimp. Can only get 2 photos into the layer. Any ideas? I have followed all of the gimp tech support directions but no matter which set I follow after I put the second photo in the third photo either doesn't paste or pastes on top of the second photo.
Second question...this is the one that makes me feel really stupid...all of the directions say 'just move the photo where you want it'. Yeah. HOW? Where is the tool for 'moving' a photo???
Help appreciated in using gimp. I do not have any other editing software.

This is interesting. It's about Snapspeed, which I never heard of, and explains that Picnik, which I used to use for photo editing, was bought by Google and folded into Google+. I didn't even know Google+ DOES photo editing!

Stick around kid... :)
You can edit and add text but not easily save and use elsewhere, you CAN do it. It wasn't very fancy fonts or anything, but effective.

I was replying about all the mucking around in G+, but you can do it. Check your account, I edited a photo and shared.
