That time...thanks for all the great advice! The velcro tabs I put on the bed skirts are working out great. They slip a little but for the most part the bed skirts haven't been pulled off the bed like they used to be. I can easily tack them back in place when making the beds.
 
I say thanks for the idea of the ties/velcro in the corners of the duvets. I am certain I will think of others.

Isn't it great to cross off a couple of things on the daily worry list? People have no idea how many details there are to running this business...and they all take time to deal with.
I'm thinking of turning one bed skirt into a box spring cover to lighten up the feeing in the room.

That's what I wanted to do in this room except the plastic covers on the box spring were dragging on the floor. Got those taped up now but the legs of the bed aren't pretty so left the skirts long.

Hmmm, well I say that without looking at the feet...a black wrought iron bed...possibly ugly, as you say. This week is the week I tackle that room so once I get everything out I can decide.
