Not sure if you see "Trending" on the right side of your facebook news feed, but this is something that is trending today:
Tenant uses Airbnb.com, leads to unexpected sex party that trashes his Chelsea luxury apartment
Ari Teman rented his home to a man through the apartment-sharing website. But unfortunately for him, his apartment was used for a 'BBW Panty Raid Party.' His home was ransacked and his belongings destroyed. Airbnb.com is paying Teman $23,817 to cover the damages.

I have to admit, the twitter comments from the homeowner is pretty funny. Not very nice, no, but funny. (right below the article)

The reader comments mostly favor Air Bn B. They won't be going away soon.
I hope no one tries to have a strip party in my house. ;)
We actually have three wedding groups scheduled for the summer. We have the groom for one of them. But he is marrying into a neighbor family. They wouldn't want any trouble.

It's a great way to find a place to do illegal activities.

I mean if you think about it, handing over the keys and not being there, what could happen? Anything. It ain't rocket science people... but hey its the best thing since sliced bread, according to my guest.
I was thinking about the detached bath dilemma. A few of us have them, and we call them the plague bathroom, it is always some big flippin' shock to the guest who books it...for now on, call it a shared bath. Just do it. Let them get what they pay for, they want a shared bath, call it a shared bath, it is easier to keep clean, they will take their stuff out of it each time. haha

I keep on saying that I'm waiting for someone to find out that their home was used to shoot XXX video, or a meth cook.
