Is anyone aware of any online booking engine or software that syncs availability with b&b.com other than their own products (Webervations & RezOvation)? Up until about a year ago we were happy enough with Webervations to continue using it. Our only major complaint was no mobile version, so on our mobile site we instructed guests to call us to book rather than go through Webervations. However about a year ago I upgraded the Website to a responsive design rather than have a separate mobile site. With the non-responsive site we were able to code Webervations to almost exactly match our website design. We are not able to do this with our new site without using some javascript code that Webervations does not allow. Webervations also is not adding support for TA TripConnect.
I looked at replacements awhile ago but never found anything that had the ability to sync automatically with b&b.com (other than RezOvation which we do not want to use). I am hoping someone might have some idea how to sync our availability with b&b.com so we can finally replace Webervations.

Sorry they have you hooked. Nothing else works with them that I know of.

I thought there was a way to pay extra to be able to have your info fed from another vendor for this but now I don't see it in the options. In fact their new layout provides very little information about additions to your membership. Guess they do this so you must call (and wait for a human) or email and play 20 questions in 20 emails...

Do you get a lot of bookings straight from their site? This is only one reason to stick with what you have over changing to a more updated booking system, but I will stick to the question you asked.
IF you are a silver or above you have a link to your website on your listing. My thoughts are that you would want to get these potential guests to your website & then make their reservation directly from your site.

I weighed this out a few years ago and decided I wanted more than what Webers was doing for me, but the other products this company offers dug too deep into my pockets. I heard from others on this forum about Reservation Key. I have been extremely happy since I made the change and have not looked back.

Have you inquired with B&B.com? That is the only way to find out.

You're pretty stuck with a bb.com product. That's their thing. They suck you in and hold you for a ransom. I've been there, done that and broke away 3 years ago. Make the big break now...it's painful in the beginning but you'll feel free afterwards!

We don't get all that many bookings on their site, most click through to our website and book through us. However, we do get a good amount of reservations from the sites they send our availability to after we sync with them. I don't think it should be too difficult to set up an alternative solution to get our availability to those other sites though.
If it were fully up to me I'd definitely be considering removing the ability to book on b&b.com if there is no way to automatically sync with them. I feel it is not worth the relatively small amount of bookings we get on their site to have to stick with Webervations or use RezOvation. Its not my business, I simply have been assisting the owner with web development and IT work for the past few years.
Although the owner now seems to be on board with replacing Webervations, I do not believe he is ready to give up taking reservations through b&b.com or deal with having to manually update as he already does now with booking.com. If we replace Webervations we may be able to get booking.com synced automatically though so may end up not being any extra work.
