We remain sole proprieter. Is everyone a corp or LLC?

We are a corporation. I would guess most here, though, are sole proprietors... maybe you should do a poll instead of a forum topic?

Sole prop - when I opened it was expensive to do LLC or Corp (I do not think they had come up with the designation of S Corp then).
