I know some people in the area. Not innkeepers though..
Just wondering if the tulip fields are going to make it to the end of the month for a last minute trip I planned.

Visit Highland Garden House on FB and ask him, he is on our Innteractive inns and linkedin, he is right there in Mt Vernon https://www.facebook.com/Highlandgardenhouse and a recommended lodging choice from me. :)

Great! I wish I was tagging along! My sister Stefanie lives right there as well and my niece. :) if you need a hair cut you can go to her salon (she is a great hair dresser!)
Chuckanut Hair - 9091 Chuckanut Dr., Bow, Washington 98232 (360) 840-8920 she is literally 8 miles from Highland Garden House B&B http://binged.it/1hWaLbQ I have told my folks about his B&B.

That's my old stomping grounds, so I try to make it back at least once a year (well, Tacoma-Seattle area). This is my favorite time of year, even with the rain and clouds, because of the beauty of all that is there. I also go back in September after our long, hot, busy summer to unwind and enjoy some cooler weather.

I'll make it your way some day! We have a lot of cruises that leave out of Galveston, so there's some incentive for you to come here also :)
