My husband said it best.   He likes the look of relaxation that comes over the guest when they realize they are looking at the ocean.

Seeing them leave?

Having them pay?

Finding they made the bed?

Ironing? Not sure what that is.

Only pillowcases from April thru October (love flannel - no ironing!) and they give me an excuse to hire the high school kid that needs money to support her Mother and younger sister.

Easy solution. Comphy pillowcases and pillows fluffy enough to stretch it tight. But you need the French fold cases, and I know you hate that for some reason. Without the fold to lock it in, the pillow will squirt out of the case overnight because the cases are so slick.

I am sure it is very rewarding to host guests who appreciate your little town.  B&B's are nicer than hotels because guests can feel at home and still have amenities.  I wish you continued success!
