Essentially the judge told the city to redraw the subpoena to specifically target only those listings that are 100% illegal (people who rented whole apartments for less than 30 days, since it's legal to rent a single room if you are present.) Once they hand in the new subpoena, they are cooked. What this basically means is that in each jurisdiction, the court will be able to make requests to get a list of those businesses running illegally.
 
Just checked and there are several listings on a b n b in my town. hmmmm, I may bring it up at the next innkeepers' meeting.

we have a few more than normal due to the Tour De France and the local authorities have basically said anything goes for those 2 days which frankly i have no beef with as we need the rooms and locals may as well benefit - after that ill be cracking down on any stragglers.
