Yeah, but what do they taste like???? I'd rather round "to die for pancakes" than pretty ones that aren't good. It's like wedding cake - my friend paid $2400 for one that was drop dead gorgeous but it wasn't edible. We got sliced sheet cake squares. Mine was $400, all buttercream and we actually ate it. People were scraping the plates clean.
 
Mtnkeeper are you for real? This is amazing. It has nothing to do with eating pancakes. It is not the best tasting pancake article.

I think both taste and artistic fun can be had. Me and the kid are going to get a squeeze bottle and play with this idea tonight. :)

If you use good batter they should taste like good pancakes!
