Surely it was, just my imagination...
When I just showed this couple to their room and she walked along the furniture and ran her hand along each piece. Maybe, she likes the feel of wood or marble, maybe it was not what it looked like. oh brother...
She also said "So we can just come in the back door?" I am in the room upstairs and look around and say "What back door?"
 
I keep meaning to do that regular deep cleaning I always said I'd do...
 
Give me a break! Hand her a duster and say "Go at it"!

Yes a snot is a good word. I wrote the word "obtuse" as a key word on my rez program. They will probably be back for the venue another time. He was super nice, she was "obtuse". As I said we have an elopement today she said "I don't know what that means!" and he said "a wedding, they are getting married" she says "Well why don't you JUST CALL IT A WEDDING!" I replied, because it isn't a wedding, it is an elopement...oh brother.
No one, I repeat, no one likes a combative person. Back off, back down lady. Being sarcastic is NOT a feminine, nor an attractive quality.

I always have this fear when I write notes in my rez program about a guest I didn't like. Someday the whole system will go haywire and mass mailings will go out to all my guests, including everything noted in their info. It kinda makes me laugh right now though. LOL

Hmm, all of my guest notes are in the online rez system. I hadn't thought about it doing a mass mailing to the guest with all my notes!

Yes, I'd say a bridge is more likely to fall as you cross than the software glitch you describe.
