I have to add, because she was JB's sister after all, that she was completely skipping old, outdated, websites even tho, "they might be the best place, I couldn't look at the sites."
I didn't ask exactly what made her think they were old sites but I think we all know what WE personally think an old site looks like..

This is terrific Mads. I think plenty more think this but don't verbalize that your site is above par.
People were scared of photos on the "old sites" even though plenty were saying "show them what you've got" and you COULD compress images back then. Sure not everyone had high speed wireless, but one
knock it out of the park photo on the homepage would have done it.
I always think about an airline ticket for information. Even if you print at home an eTicket. The first page is the printable part, even with some of the extra print, what you need is there, then the page 2 and 3 and even 4 are the small print. Whatever I personally need at the traveler will be "above the fold" or the headline area, on page 1. The rest is gravy...
