If you use this service check your settings. They set me up to not require cc info for last minute reservations and guests are not required to provide contact details like address.
This is new. I never had this problem last year.
Now I've got a Rez with no info and it's required here to have the info. I could get it at check in but not having the cc info means they don't have to show up.
 
This change happened a few months ago. They did send out a notice but I didn't read it until I had the same happen to me.
I contacted my rep and said no info, no reservation.
She then told me what to change in my settings.
Why would a company ASSUME their business clients would want them to automatically change this.
 
I never got a notice. The only info I get from them is the billing notice and the reservation.
Altho I will say when I didn't load any open rooms for the summer I was hearing from someone every week.
To contact my rep I have to email, they won't tell me a phone number or a name. It's a pain.
The tech help was no help when I found I could not use booking on an Android or on ie. So I am down to only being able to use the system on Firefox.
But that's a whole other complaint.

EDIT: Never mind, I found it. Property Info Tab then under Property Level click My Settings and look under "Same-day bookings & credit card details".

I don't understand it either. I can use it on IE. And just checked my Android phone and can use it there as well.

What I get is... We'll take care of the reservation for you.
No! I want to do it myself.
Dh says it's because I am using XP. He wants me to buy a new computer. To do one thing. Nope. Don't think so. I'm kind of attached to the old boat anchor at this point.
 
we had an email about it - they can only do it if you have at least 3 of the room type available but it has only happened once - and it was fine, however it was a single, and we only have 1 so the 3 limit is nonsense!

You should not be using an XP computer on line any longer. There are no security updates for it any longer and you are taking a risk. You need to new computer to work on lin.
