Ok, the room has windows, doesn't that mean there is a view?
Snark aside I am getting this question over and over. What is the view from this room?
I do mention trees and streets and gardens in my descriptions.
The only place I don't mention views is on the one room that looks at a parking lot right outside the window and another room that I could update to say something. (Don't quite know what.)
I'm never sure what the guest wants to know. There are no long views here it's right in downtown. No water.

I live in the inner city. The view is cityscape. Beautiful sidewalks, the street, the trees, the cars....

yes there is a view...doesn't matter what it is..IT IS A VIEW.. What do they expect? You are in town there is no water or mountains... Tell them to look a the photos on your website..That is what they will see.
GHEEZE...you all make me so glad we closed our business years ago.

You see I get this. A city mouse and a country mouse. How much do you pay to have a view of the city IN the city? Big bucks.
What is a view? It is in the eye of the beholder.
If you went 42nd Street on us, then a partial view means an obstructed view. I can;t work it out here, people say our town is too nice, other say you are supposed to be out in the woods. We have a view from our porch, and a couple rooms that same direction, our other rooms have different views. A small mountain, the gardens, all have a view of something. None have a view of a lake, or Mt Everest of course.

.
And to be honest, all but one of my rooms have great views of the city. The only room that doesn't... the worst view in the house.... the most booked room. But that's because it has one amenity that none of the others have. The smart ones actually book the two biggest rooms in the house :)
