Second Showing - Woot!

My first showing (from a few weeks ago) just booked two rooms for two nights so she could get the whole "experience" and get input from her family. I had a good feeling about her when she first looked - she asked all the right questions, was polite and not too intrusive, even made a total "innkeeper" comment about something a guest did. I really liked her and am hoping she's the one!

You naysayers - yeah, you - looky here..... I'm keeping my hopes up, and if she doesn't work out, I'll still keep 'em up.

(please don't let me come slinking back this time next year to drown my sorrows with y'all cause I'm still here. hahaa)
